Pick up from South Jordan (free) or get it delivered to your venue (+$35). Balloons are yours to keep. Return the frame within 2 days.
Setup β DIY or Leave It to Us
The Totali EZ system can be self-assembled β but it takes time, patience, and real hands-on effort. Here's what's actually involved.

Setup means building the frame, snapping 66β132 individual balloons onto tubes, running the pump balloon-by-balloon, and getting everything level and secure. Most people budget 30β60 minutes on event day β before guests arrive, with no one to help. Things go sideways: pumps get tiring, balloons pop, the frame shifts. Our professional install option eliminates all of that stress for just $75.

Assemble the Frame
Connect the aluminum frame segments, lock the joints, and anchor the base plates. This step alone takes 15β20 minutes and requires floor space and a bit of muscle.
Step 2

Load the Balloons
Snap each balloon fitting onto the frame tube β one by one. That's 66 to 132 individual push-clicks. Repetitive, tiring on the hands, and requires consistent pressure to seat them right.
Step 3

Inflate & Perfect
Inflate every balloon with the included pump, then step back and assess. Gaps, uneven balloons, and tilted sections are common β budget another 15β25 min to dial it in before guests arrive.

A few things to keep in mind before you book.

Balloons Are One-Time Use
Each balloon has a self-sealing fitting that can't be deflated or reused. After your event, they're yours to keep or pop. The reusable frame comes back to us.

Book 10β14 Days Out
Balloons are custom-ordered for every event. We need time to order and receive them. Chrome & specialty colors need the full 2 weeks to be safe.

50% Deposit to Hold Your Date
Your date isn't confirmed until a deposit is received. Remaining balance is due at delivery. Deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event.

Outdoor Wind Considerations
The arch is designed for outdoor use but should be weighted in windy conditions. We handle weighted bases automatically with our pro installation service.

Measure Your Space First
Traditional Arch is 8.5 Γ 12 ft, Square Arch is 7.25 Γ 9 ft. Make sure your entrance or backdrop area has clearance before booking a Full package.

Return the Frame After 2 Days
The reusable frame must come back within 2 days of your event. It disassembles easily and fits in its carry bag β drop it off in South Jordan or we'll coordinate a meetup to pick it up.

We serve Davis County, Salt Lake County, and Utah County β most of the Wasatch Front including Salt Lake City, Provo, Orem, Ogden, Layton, Bountiful, Sandy, Murray, and surrounding cities.
We're based in South Jordan and offer two options: β’ Free pickup β meet us in South Jordan (or a convenient nearby spot) at no extra cost β’ $35 flat delivery β we bring the kit straight to your venue
Delivery is a separate fee from professional installation. If you'd like both, it's +$35 delivery and +$75 install added to your package price. Just outside our counties? Reach out β we may still be able to help!
We require at least 10β14 days notice. Balloons are one-time use and must be custom-ordered for your event. After ordering, they need 1β2 days to process and typically 3β7 days to ship to Utah. If you want Chrome or other specialty colors, 2 full weeks is safest in case of backorders. Weekend dates and peak season (graduation, summer) book up fast β the earlier the better!
Yes! Mini setups allow up to 3 color choices, Full setups allow up to 4 colors. You can specify a ratio (e.g. "2 bags Chrome Gold, 2 bags White, 2 bags Baby Pink") or just tell us your theme and we'll suggest a palette.
The Totali EZ balloons use a special snap-on fitting that self-seals during inflation. This design is what makes the arch inflate in under a minute β but it's a one-way seal. After your event, you keep the balloons. To remove them, simply pop them and discard.
